If you prefer to drive to Harlem Road, there are parking spaces available on both sides of the street. You can access Harlem Road from either Westheimer Road or Richmond Avenue. Once you get to Harlem Road, keep driving until you see The Spot Sno-Balls & More establishment on your left side between two other buildings.
