For MOTHERS day and Memorial day we will be cooking:
Whole briskets($160). chopped brisket($18 lb.)ribs($30 slab) smoked turkey($18 lb.) smoked chicken(10 leg quarters $59) and smoked hams($90)
Pulled pork($18 lb.) Baked Beans, Green Beans, Spicy Pintos, Twice Baked potatoes , Potato Salad (1/2 pans 20-24servings$35)
we can also do chicken spaghetti, taco spaghetti. If you’re looking for soups we can do beef stew and taco soup. We can also do chicken and sausage gumbo (rice mixed in), Cajun beans and rice with chicken, sausage with rice mixed in. Homemade Chili! Peach cobbler and homade bannana pudding. Anything else in mind? Cindy can cook ANYTHING!!
All will need to be picked up the Friday before each holiday . Message Robby Koon or Cindy Moffett Koon.
