We are excited to announce that our restaurants executive chef Jordan Economy has been nominated in the category of Rising Star Chef of the Year! We wanted to elevate Dak & Bop 18th to a more chef driven concept and we are ecstatic that our chef is getting some well deserved recognition. Are there any OGs out there? Dak & Bop will be doing a virtual kitchen at Tom n Toms Galleria next Wednesday-Friday (May 19-21) 11a-2p. And it will be select menu items from our Museum District menu. You can dine in, order online, or get it delivered with UberEATS. Menu details to come!
And don’t forget, you can visit us at Dak & Bop 18th in the Lazybrook/Timbergrove Heights. Although the menu is different, we have our signature Korean fried chicken and some OG menu items available. We have listened to the feedback and kind suggestions, adjusted and elevated some recipes based on the feedback, so if you have not visited in a while, please come on by and experience the nostalgia that Binz had to offer!

What people say
Asian fusion restaurants are known for their unique blend of flavors and ingredients that create a culinary experience like no other. Dak & Bop in Houston is a prime example of this, offering a menu that combines Korean fried chicken with fusion options for the adventurous foodies. The restaurant's specialty is its super crispy and juicy fried chicken, which comes in a variety of mouth-watering sauces. The skin is papery thin, making each bite a delight to savor.
But what goes well with fried chicken? Beer, of course! Dak & Bop has a full-service bar that features fourteen beers on tap, including local breweries. And if beer isn't your thing, they have plenty of bottle beers available as well.
Dak & Bop is not just any Asian fusion restaurant; it's Houston's Korean fried chicken/Asian fusion foodie destination. With its unique blend of flavors and ingredients, it's no wonder why people keep coming back for more. So if you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Houston, head over to Dak & Bop and indulge in their delicious fried chicken and fusion menu options.
