Our goal at Creamistry is to provide a one of a kind experience to our customers. It is our goal to exceed our customers' expectations for quality and service, while creating an environment that is fun and enjoyable for all. Job Duties:
- Each team member is required to learn all operational aspects of Creamistry.
- Properly greet customers who come in the store (as well as on the phone) based on company expectations
- Providing excellent customer service
- Preparing and serving ice cream, milkshakes, baked goods
- Becoming knowledgeable about all products/menu (descriptions and codes)
- Operating POS system
- Opening and closing procedures

To reach the ice cream shop/parlor on Katy Freeway in Katy, those opting for public transportation can take a bus or train to the nearest station and then walk for around 5-10 minutes to the destination. For those who prefer driving, they should head northwest on I-10 W towards Exit 745B and take exit 747B toward Westgreen Boulevard/Barker Cypress Road. Continue straight onto Interstate 10 Frontage Road W before taking a right turn onto Westgreen Boulevard/Barker Cypress Rd. Finally, make a left turn onto Kingsland Blvd where the destination will be on the left-hand side. As for parking, visitors can park their vehicles in nearby parking lots/streets designated for public use.
