This is something I learned the absolute HARD way and I’ve noticed it happening to my fellow vendors, so I thought I’d share.
Trust me, we’ve all been there and we are learning together. Here’s my tip on how to gauge how much food to prep for your next event, in my opinion. Hope this helps someone.

Sitta(er) was my nick name growing up😂
Over the years I could never understood why banana pudding wouldn’t let me go. It was somehow always in my thoughts even when I tried to ignore it. 🍌
Many years ago I closed my business, fell into depression and vowed never to make banana pudding again. 😭
I was ashamed of what I considered failure at the time. I lost everything and had to humble myself and go back to a 9-5 job.
And even though I was over banana pudding, banana pudding wasn’t over me! 😂
God had other plans. 😇
Somehow I found the courage to try again almost 11 years later. Now, l👀k at God!
I hope to encourage you to try again. Just try 1️⃣ more time. Trust me! You have nothing else to lose. 🤷🏽♀️❤️

Keep going. Keep believing. Stay consistent even when nobody sees the vision yet. Sometimes the journey makes no sense while you’re in it… until suddenly you look around and realize you’re living the life you once dreamed about. ✨
