To get to Telephone Road in Houston using public transport, take the Metro bus line 4 that operates from downtown Houston and get off at the intersection of Telephone Road and Hobby Airport Loop. From there, walk south on Telephone Road for about five minutes to reach the coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant.

If you prefer to drive and park, you can take I-45 South to exit 38B for Airport Blvd/College Ave. Stay on the frontage road of I-45 South until you reach Telephone Road. Turn right onto Telephone Road and continue driving for about half a mile until you see the coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant on your right. There is ample parking available in front of the establishment.

As for the donut shop "Dunkin'" nearby, it is located at a separate address on Telephone Road. To get there using public transport, take Metro bus line 76 that operates from downtown Houston and get off at the intersection of Telephone Road and Teton Street. Walk east on Teton Street for about three minutes to reach Dunkin'.

If you are driving, continue south on Telephone Road past the coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant until you reach Teton Street. Turn left onto Teton Street and continue driving for about two blocks until you see Dunkin' on your left-hand side. There is limited street parking available in front of Dunkin'.
