What people say
Vegetarian and vegan restaurants have been gaining popularity in recent years, and for good reason. These establishments offer a wide variety of delicious and healthy plant-based options that cater to those who are health-conscious or simply looking for a change in their diet. Korny Vibes, located in Houston's Montrose neighborhood, is one such restaurant that has been making waves with its mouth-watering vegan comfort food.
One of the standout dishes at Korny Vibes is their Oyster Mushroom Burger, which has received rave reviews from customers. This burger is made with juicy oyster mushrooms that are seasoned to perfection and served on a soft bun with all the fixings. It's a great option for those who want something hearty and filling without sacrificing taste.
Another must-try dish at Korny Vibes is their Crunchy Tacos filled with refried beans and beyond vegan ground beef. These tacos are packed with flavor and come with lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, limes, and your choice of salsa. They're perfect for lunch or dinner and pair well with a cold Modelo cerveza.
In addition to their regular menu items, Korny Vibes also offers special deals from time to time. For example, they recently had a 20% off discount on all Mexican menu items, including their popular Vegan Birria Tacos. These tacos are made with tender jackfruit that's slow-cooked in a savory broth until it falls apart. They're then served on warm tortillas with onions, cilantro, and lime wedges.
Overall, Korny Vibes is an excellent choice for anyone looking for delicious vegan comfort food in Houston. Their menu is diverse enough to satisfy any craving while still being healthy and nutritious. Plus, their convenient location in Montrose makes it easy to stop by for lunch or dinner any day of the week!
