In addition to regular menu items, Ritter's Frozen Custard offered seasonal flavors such as the Tropical Glacier made with vanilla custard, pineapple, and coconut flakes. They also introduced a new flavor every Friday for eight weeks starting with Chocolate Birthday Cake. The restaurant also had unique holiday-themed treats such as the Kids Crunch Glacier which included vanilla custard with Oreos, M&M's, and rainbow sprinkles available only on April 1st. Sadly, Ritter's Frozen Custard has been permanently closed.

It is with heavy hearts that Kevin and I are announcing that we are shutting down operations of the food trailer. Our last day will be Saturday, December 18 at University Baptist Church.

We are so appreciative of the support of all of our customers we have served over the last 5 years. Many of you have been with us since the beginning and we truly have loved getting to know you and your families.

We also really appreciate our amazing team, Klaudia, Diego and Weston who have hung in there with us through good and bad times. To help them and show our appreciation, 50% of all sales made on December 18 will go to our amazing crew.
