During this difficult time, we had the pleasure of working every day while trying to offer the best service with the best food. We performed meticulous inspections of hygiene and quality in our restaurant and hope to have improved for the better. To those who we served, thank you for supporting a local business during this time and we hope to serve once more under better circumstances. We also thank everyone who was away from their family for their family’s support in them working for without their support none of this would have been possible. Come and eat our delicious Tortas of Carnitas in Houston , a type of fried pork, a household staple in the Mexican kitchen, with its unique and authentic texture and flavor rooted in the traditional cooking methods from Michoacan. Richly seasoned, slow braised and deep-fried, Carnitas make a flavorful and filling main course, but they are also used as ingredients in many other authentic Mexican dishes like tamales, tacos, tortas and burritos.
