John A. Robinson and Rebecca Nilsson are two soulful friends we are blessed to also call loyal clients of On Metta's Fork . . .
Over the Thanksgiving holidays they gifted the Chefy Mr and I this stunning variegated Amaryllis bulb in such a wee state. Since it has sprouted straight up and looks to be a 5 bloom bulb.
How lucky are we that she decided to grace us with her beauty into the New Year 2025!!!

THANK YOU to Mama Rose Marie Rosales for the thoughtful gift of this exquisite aged whisky barrel top Charcuterie board. I thought I was surprising you with up sizing your Green bean and Cauliflower Casserole, Momma's Southern Cornbread Dressing and a loaded-smashed Tator PLUS our famous Mah Pahs . . . Buuuut here you were dropping my jaw to the ground with this generous and thoughtful gift of Christmas.

The Commercial Kitchen was poppin' and hoppin' yesterday with Mah Pah pickup fans and folks. I missed selfie opportunities with so many of y'all bc we were burin' and turnin' pickups . . . Buuuuut your business and trust in what we do is priceless too (Carrie Kossoudji). AND to Courtney Courtney Nguyen for loving our creamy Mac-n-Cheese @4 large orders.
Y'all are undoubtedly a mega blessing to this small local Mom and Chefy Pop shop On Metta's Fork.
What we didn't expect were the thoughtfulness of gifts y'all showered upon us from a turkey day rare flowering amaryllis bulb (thank you John A. Robinson and Rebecca Nilsson) . . . to the homemade SNACKIES and jams that I tore into as soon as the flood of folks were gone and even an aged whisky barrel top Charcuterie board that dropped my jaw to the floor (TY Mama Rose Marie Rosales).
The best part of pickups has to be the sheer joy of hugging YOUR necks and personally thanking you for your unwaivering support of our business all year, every year and I simply don't have enough thanks in my body to express what you truly mean to this husband and wife team.

We take Mah Pah construction seriously here at On Metta's Fork as we personally hand craft each savory pie from rolling dough, par baking, trimming, and crimping to chopping the freshest of vegetables and grinding our own meats and cheeses.

Christmas Mah Pahs Sausage and Chicken are a WRAP for 2024 folks. We have a cap on how many we will sell and over half are claimed.
My Chefy Mr and I enjoyed a day of kitchen antics as we chopped, stirred, smashed, par-baked and crimped our way through 30 deep dish Mah Pahs.
Fresh ingredients. In-house ground Sausage blend or moist flavorful Chicken. Creamy loaded Tators. Double flakey crusts (top and bottom).
