Good morning Montgomery. It’s Wednesday, the 3rd day of June and the week is already flying by. Tonight’s specials are Chicken au Poivre, tender chicken breasts cooked in a cognac cream, peppercorn sauce, over spaghetti noodles and side of fresh veggies and roasted potatoes.
Our Second Special: Pork Tenderloin Vincent, over spaghetti noodles, topped with capers and lemon butter sauce and side of veggies.
Both have become favorites in a short time. Take a tour of our upstairs changes, wine lockers, new paint and tell us what you think. More improvements soon.

Okay. It’s Tuesday, June 2, 2026. We are ready to open at 11 AM. Had a phenomenal trip to Flores, Peten, Guatemala. It’s a beautiful island in the northern part of Guatemala, not far from Belize and Tikal, the Mayan ruins, which we explored. We stayed in an exceptional resort Las Lagunas, which is in the rainforest and overlooks a beautiful lake. We saw lots of monkeys, both Spider Monkeys and Howler Monkeys. We did not see any Jaguars although they do exist in the area.
Ok, enough about why we were closed for a week. Take a tour of the upstairs private rooms as we are in the process of changing out the decor. We had both rooms painted an elegant dark green, which really injected a new sense of class. Over the next few months we’ll add new furnishings.
The Cozy Supper Club is up and running with wine locker rentals offered, although not required, multiple perks, discounts and offerings. Stop in and ask for a packet which explains the different tiers of membership.
Last, Tonights Specials, Pollo Romano: a Tenderized Chicken Breast, dredged in Pecorino Romano Cheese and flour, baked & served over mashed potatoes & asparagus topped with artichoke & Lemon Butter Sauce. Second special is Spaghetti a la Carbonara: Spaghetti pasta in a classic super rich cream sauce with bacon & fresh egg yolk, topped with shredded Parmesan Cheese.

Good Morning. It’s Saturday, May 23, 2026 and this is the last Saturday in May that we will be open. We are closing for a week, effective May 26, 2026 and we will re-open on June 2, 2026. Our specials tonight are Appetizer: Shrimp Bisque. Entree: Pollo Romano or Salmon alla Puttanesca Spaghetti, a pasta dish that combines spaghetti with a sauce made from tomatoes, garlic, olives, capers, and anchovies, enhanced by the addition of salmon. This dish is known for its bold flavors. Dessert: Apple Tart.

Helo Montgomery! It’s no longer Friday, it’s the day after. For those of you that are lost of my quick wit, it’s Saturday, April 25, 2026. Tonight’s specials are as follows: Appetizer: Pork Belly, Entrees: Branzino over parmesan risotto, and New York Strip. Dessert: Tres Leches Cake.
Thanks to all that helped to make last night exceptional. Several people have inquired as to when we plan to have Chilean Sea Bass again. You tell me. When we had the Supper Club, it was on our menu as a regular item. At that time it was around $45-$50 for 5 #. The cost for a 5 # box is now over $200. Based on that price we would have to charge in the mid $60 range to make it work. Who is willing to pay that much for an 8 oz piece of fish?
We’ll do it if we can get enough people to commit. I just think the Patagonian Toothfish is so over fished now that it will be extinct in a few years. Your opinion regarding Chilean Sea Bass?
