"Visited for my Dad's birthday celebration. We had the private room, which they kept the doors open, The 4 meat plate 2 sides, ribs brisket and sausage was delicious the sides mac and cheese and potatoes salad dessert banana pudding mid. My opinion really good prices though. Affordable overall. THE PLACE STAYED BUSY THE ENTIRE SO THE FOLKS LIKE IT!!! GOOD FOR THEM!!"

"I got the BBQ Mac Bowl with the chopped brisket. It was really good. The mix of brisket and Mac and cheese tasted nice. The brisket was a little dry for my taste but overall good. The service was also great and very willing to offer recommendations. The atmosphere is such a fun country vibe/mood that ties everything together. The banana pudding was actually so good. It was whipped and has such nice and fluffy texture. I would definitely recommend to try the pudding."

Everyone loves the Two Meat Plate! Just check out what Gina has to say,

"My husband and I stopped at McKenzie's Barbecue & Burgers in Conroe last night after volunteering, and we were both very hungry. I ordered the two-meat plate with ribs and marbled brisket, and everything was absolutely delicious. The bark on the ribs had an incredible flavor, while the meat underneath was fall-off-the-bone tender. The marbled brisket was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. It had just the right hint of smokiness without overpowering the natural flavor of the meat. For my sides, I chose the baked potato casserole and the fresh garden salad with spring mix. The salad was wonderfully fresh, and their ranch dressing was very good. The baked potato casserole was outstanding, with generous chunks of potato and all the rich, comforting flavors of a fully loaded baked potato. We had a wonderful meal and will definitely be back!"

“This was my second visit here. I don't eat a lot of meat (& no red meat), but my friends wanted to come. I had a baked potato & fried okra. It was good & the BBQ sauce was good (tangy). I'd go back, maybe try the turkey next time.

It was wheelchair / walker friendly. Plenty of tables and very spacious.”
