For public transport, take bus number 52 and get off at the Gulf Freeway S at League City Pkwy bus stop. Walk towards the south for about 5 minutes to reach your destination.
For driving, take the Gulf Freeway S and exit at League City Parkway. Turn left onto League City Parkway and continue for about a mile. Your destination will be on the right-hand side. You can park in the parking lot in front of the building for free.
