“Mom, Bethany and I had a great time checking out Minuti Coffee on Eldridge this week! Not only does this Italian inspired shop have delicious coffee, they also have fresh pastries and gelato! Mom and I tried the keto version of the Shakerato which includes espresso shaken over ice with sugar free vanilla and heavy cream. So yum ! Bethany had an iced vanilla latte with soy milk and the apple leaf pasty.

This little piece of Italy is definitely a Houston must try ❤️

🤍 I also wanted to add that this location had several air purifiers on the wall, was spotless and followed covid safety guidelines.”
