Dive into the busy weekend with a dish worth slowing down for.✨ At the base of our Scallops is congee - cooked low and slow - topped with sautéed snow pea leaves. Four scallops are seared and placed on top, finished with scallion curls and our house XO sauce: a savory, umami-rich condiment from Hong Kong - our rendition made with Benton’s Country Ham, Calabrian chilis, shallots, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
