This Monday, The Rooster – Breakfast, Brunch & Lunch will be OPEN from 7 AM – 3 PM for the holiday.
We’ll be serving all your favorite brunch bites, along with a special tribute drink:
✨ Old Glory Mimosa
Lychee lemonade, a splash of gin, Prosecco Brut, blue curaçao, and grenadine — a quiet toast to our fallen heroes.
📅 Regular Hours:
Weekdays: 7 AM – 3 PM
Weekends: 7 AM – 3 PM
Mondays: Closed — except for holidays like Memorial Day.
