To get to Navigation Boulevard C3 in Houston, if you're taking public transport, you can use the MetroRail Green Line and get off at the Navigation Blvd. Station. From there, it's a short walk to Navigation Boulevard C3.
If you're driving, you can take I-10 E and exit on Lockwood Drive. Turn left onto N Lockwood Drive and then turn right onto Navigation Boulevard. Keep driving until you reach your destination on Navigation Boulevard C3.
