I get asked ALL the time how I look so young and how there’s no way I’m in my 40s 🤭☺️✨ I definitely believe genetics play a part, but one thing I can tell y’all is that fresh juice has been part of my lifestyle for YEARS. I remember when I worked at MD Anderson and the pharmaceutical reps would come in and spoil the whole staff with breakfast, brunch, lunch… you name it 🤭😂 But I also remember thinking how so much of it was heavy, sugary, or just not the healthiest.
