We are open normal hours this weekend and have plenty of crawfish for walk-in customers. Taking reservations as well until 5pm. Crabs are weather dependent. Come on in! We open at 7:30-6 pm Saturday and 7:30-5pm Sunday.

Catch was lower than expected. We have a very limited number of extra sacks (less than 20) for walk-in customers Saturday morning and expect to sell out early.
We will have a truck coming in the afternoon after 2pm for walk-in, first come first served. We recommend waiting for this shipment if you don’t need your crawfish before noon.
We do not know if we will have extra crawfish for walk-ins Sunday. If you absolutely need crawfish for Easter but did not make a reservation, we recommend you buy Saturday afternoon and keep them on ice.
Depending on how busy it gets we will not be able to answer all calls, so hopefully this info helps answer your questions!

Reservations for Easter Sunday are also closed now. Thanks so much for calling in! We don’t know if there will be enough inventory for walk-in customers on Sunday yet. Please check back!
Once again, Friday crawfish is walk-in only-first come first served. We will open at 7am. This is our busiest day of the year for all seafood products so there may be a line for service. Please be patience with us and kind to other customers.

Some FAQs:
Q: Do you have crawfish?
A: Yes, the season has started and we plan on having some the majority of days we are open until at least Memorial Day. The season usually ends by July 4th weekend.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: The price changes weekly, sometimes within .50-.75 during the week. We can provide a per/lb price over the phone.
Q: So how much does a sack cost?
A: Sacks vary in weight usually from 27-32lb. We can’t guarantee the exact weight you want, but you can get an estimate by multiplying the price x30. Ex. 1.99/lb (30lb)=$59.70. No tax.
Q: Can I make a reservation?
A: Depending on the projected catch, we will let you know over the phone and on Facebook whether we are accepting reservations.
Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: We take reservations by phone and in person Thursday and Fridays for same weekend pickup before 12pm. Tues-Friday is usually walk-in unless you are a wholesale customer.
Q: Can I pay over the phone and pick up at a later time?
A: We aren’t taking prepayments right now. If that changes we will let y’all know!
Q: I am on my way now, can you hold it for me? Just one sack, pretty please!
A: Unfortunately as much as we want to accommodate everyone, we don’t have the capacity to manage holds and walk-in customers. Reservations have to be accounted for and set aside before we open. The rest of the sacks are released for walk-in customers on a first come first serve basis. This helps simplify inventory management and avoid mixups.
If we sell out in the morning and there is an afternoon truck, it will be first come first served. Everyone has a chance to buy these. Sometimes during high demand weekends, there will be a line.
