Salata Salata is a East side salad bar restaurant chain that offers fully customizable tossed-to-order salads and wraps. With over 60 veggie, fruit, cheese and protein toppings to choose from, customers can create their own perfect meal. They also serve house-recipe soups and dressings made from scratch daily with hand-picked herbs and spices. Salata was opened in 2017 and is located on Pearland Parkway.
