We’re bringing in some heavy hitters this weekend for Valentine’s Day like this Channel Rockfish (ironically named Kinki in Japanese). Hailing from Hokkaido, this beautiful fish has a very high fat content with delicate, buttery white meat. We pair it with an orange marmalade to complement its natural hint of sweetness with a subtle citrus note. Reservations are filling up so snag your experience with us soon!

With our new fall menu, the infamous Maitake Karaage makes its return! Breaded and fried hen-of-the-woods mushrooms, tossed in a hot honey buffalo sauce, served with a side of nori ranch. These meaty mushrooms give great texture pairing with the crunchiness of the breading. With a very mild kick and hint of sweetness from the buffalo sauce, the nori ranch cools down the palate.

Spicy edamame, one of our most popular dishes for a solid reason. A simple ingredient enhanced by our spicy garlic soy. Directions to Cinco Ranch area in Katy can be accessed by both public transport and driving/parking options. For public transportation, take the Metro Bus Route No. 227 towards Katy Mills Mall and get off at Grand Pkwy @ Cinco Ranch Blvd. From there, walk 5 minutes east on Cinco Ranch Blvd to reach your destination. Alternatively, you may opt to drive down I-10 West and exit at FM 1463 Rd/Brookshire-Fulshear Rd from where you will make a right turn onto FM 1463 Rd before turning left onto Westheimer Pkwy. Continue straight on Westheimer Pkwy until you reach your destination which would be on your right-hand side with a parking lot right in front of it.
