One of our most popular rolls, for a good reason! Our Hamachi Bruschetta is kani, serranos, guac rolled up and panko fried, topped with serrano guac and hamachi ceviche. Crispy, creamy, savory, fresh, and a kick of spice.

We’ll be celebrating big by hosting a private dinner featuring a 9 course tasting menu cooked and developed by our very own chef .san including cultural influences along his journey. We’re bringing in some heavy hitters this weekend for Valentine’s Day like this Channel Rockfish (ironically named Kinki in Japanese). Hailing from Hokkaido, this beautiful fish has a very high fat content with delicate, buttery white meat. Directions to Cinco Ranch area in Katy can be accessed by both public transport and driving/parking options. For public transportation, take the Metro Bus Route No. 227 towards Katy Mills Mall and get off at Grand Pkwy @ Cinco Ranch Blvd. From there, walk 5 minutes east on Cinco Ranch Blvd to reach your destination. Alternatively, you may opt to drive down I-10 West and exit at FM 1463 Rd/Brookshire-Fulshear Rd from where you will make a right turn onto FM 1463 Rd before turning left onto Westheimer Pkwy. Continue straight on Westheimer Pkwy until you reach your destination which would be on your right-hand side with a parking lot right in front of it.
