You may remember when Kenzie became a Training Lead, but now sheās moved onto the next step in her leadership journey! Letās congratulate Kenzie on becoming a Team Leader!
Kenzie has been working hard these past 8 months on her leadership skills in order to achieve her new role. It has been exciting to see her progress and learn new things as she has learned even more about Chick-fil-A operations and leading teams.

We reserve the Fallen Soldier Table in remembrance of those who are no longer with us, and to remind us of all they have demonstrated- courage, service, and dedication. May we remember these noble sacrifices and pause to reflect them.

We just celebrated 14 years since opening our doors!
We love serving our community, and getting to know our guests! Celebrating is one of our favorite things to do, in addition to sharing smiles and good food.
This past Monday we celebrated our anniversary! We hosted a raffle where one of our raffle winners happened to be John!
John has become a familiar face around here, and our team has really gotten to know him. Itās those everyday conversations and connections that makes what we do so special.

Jayden joined our team and has grown a ton since then. He has a great, positive attitude and is always willing to serve the team and guests. He loves helping people and experiencing new things.
He really knows his stuff, and he uses the tools heās learned to make sure the team stays on the same page. He is always looking for new opportunities to help our guests and fellow team members, and he appreciates the experiences he has had as they are a great opportunity.

We would like to congratulate and shout out one of our newest Training Leads: Roy!
Roy has been part of our team for about 3 years. A fun fact about Roy: he has been coming to our Chick-fil-A since he was about 7 years old! Itās been remarkable to see him grow up, but also develop into the remarkable team member he is today. He was ready to move into a new role as he always found himself coaching team members on our processes and the menu. He works hard to make sure he meets our expectations of service and he always makes great connections with our guests! If youāve had any āquestions of the dayā from Roy, let us know!
We are very proud of Roy for accomplishing this new role, and he will be a great influence to all our new team members and current team! Great job, Roy!

Join us in congratulating Ana, our newest Team Leader!
Ana always has a smile on her face and is super friendly with the team and guests! She has learned a lot at Chick-fil-A, and has developed skills and specialized knowledge. She has grown from a Team Member, to Training lead where she coached and trained new team members all about our processes and culture. She now has earned her leadership position where she will assist in leading shifts and continue to develop her skill set and others. Ana has been remarkable during daily operations, as well as offsite sales events and marketing opportunities!
She hopes to continue to challenge herself to continue to become a better leader and friend to the team. Ana, your strong work ethic and willingness to serve our team and guests is a positive impact on everyone you come in contact with.
