Como toda mamá mexicana amorosa, siempre tenía comida lista esperándonos en la mesa. Muchos de los platillos que servimos están inspirados en sus recetas, y hasta uno de nuestros platillos lleva su nombre: la Ensalada Aurora.

Today, we especially honor our beautiful mother, who we miss dearly. We’re sending her all our love this Mother’s Day up in heaven. She helped shape who we are, and her legacy lives on in every meal we serve.
Like so many loving Mexican moms, she always made sure there was a warm meal waiting for us at the table. Many of the dishes we serve today are inspired by her recipes, and one special plate was even named after her — the Aurora Salad.
