Korean restaurants are known for their unique and flavorful dishes, and BORI on Witte Road in Houston is no exception. This Korean barbecue and Asian fusion restaurant offers an original dining experience that is sure to impress. One of the standout dishes at BORI is Yookwoeh, a traditional Korean dish made with finely chopped raw beef mixed with a sauce that contains soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and Korean pear. The addition of a raw egg yolk creates a smooth and creamy texture that perfectly complements the bold flavors of the meat.
