It’s always a pleasure welcoming our partners into the bakery and giving them a behind-the-scenes look at where their bread comes to life. 🍞

This week, we had the pleasure of hosting Lauren Bailey, CEO & Co-Founder of Upward Projects, and Stephen Jones, Executive Culinary Director, from our longtime partners at Postino.

We’ve had the privilege of working with the Postino team since 2019, and relationships like this are exactly what partnership means to us. It’s not simply about producing great bread—it’s about building trust, collaborating, sharing ideas, and continuing to grow alongside one another.

We spent the day touring the bakery, talking about the future of bread, and exploring what’s next as both of our companies continue to grow.

We’re incredibly grateful for the trust the Upward Projects and Postino teams have placed in Bread Man Baking Co. over the years. We’re proud of what we’ve built together and even more excited about where this partnership is headed.
