First up: The Tower Torta — your choice of taco meat loaded on a pillowy bolillo with refried black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, Cotija, cilantro, and house-made spicy avocado crema.

Pick your fighter: Joplin chicken, Cash beef, Sabbath pork, or Nirvana if you’re keeping it veggie.

Chop Night returns tonight, and honestly…we’re feeling pretty damn good in our pork ribeye era. 🥩🐖

We’ll be firing up those 1 lb charred bone-in pork chops, laying ‘em over yellow curried sweet potatoes, and topping things off with that fresh rocket salad, Cotija, and house-made honey mustard vinaigrette situation. It's a whole lotta goodness on a plate.

Steak Night’s replacement has entered the chat. 🥩

Thursdays, we’re firing up Chop Night: a 1 lb charred bone-in pork ribeye served over yellow curried sweet potatoes with rocket salad, julienned onion, cherry tomato, Cotija, and house-made MTI honey mustard vinaigrette. All that for $22, because you know we love a good deal.

It’s big, it’s smoky, it’s a little fancy in a very Moon Tower way, and we think you’re really gonna like it.

Plus, La Chouffe will be in the house celebrating Gnome Day with goodies and samples, and we’ll have Chouffe Blond and McChouffe on tap for the occasion. 🍻

We’re looking for a few solid people to join the Moon Tower kitchen. Full-time preferred, part-time considered, nights and weekends are a must, and you’ll need some basic kitchen experience so you’re not fully lost in the sauce. Pay is $15–$16.50/hr based on experience.

The kitchen’s small as hell, but we move fast, work close, and get the food out.

Steak Night takes its final lap tonight. 🥩

If you didn’t see our post yesterday, we dropped a bummer bomb: Steak Night is going on hiatus. The pricing just doesn’t make sense for what we want to give y’all.

But when one door closes, another unhinged banger kicks the door open. Stay tuned for deets on our next Thursday night special. We know we’ve got big shoes to fill, and y’all know we aim to please.

Steak Night is riding off into the meat sunset. 🥩

Tomorrow, May 7, is our last Steak Night for the foreseeable future. Beef prices have gotten too damn high, and we’re not gonna serve y’all a “special” that doesn’t feel like a deal.

Great food at a good value — that’s the whole point.

So, we’re taking a week to R&D a new Thursday special that’s delicious first, a killer value second, and very much born from our weird little brains. More deets coming soon.

Friday Deebo is also taking its final bow this week. We’re taking next week off to cook up some nonsense, then we’ll be back in two weeks with a rotating Friday special fueled by intrusive thoughts and questionable brilliance.
