The kitchen had BBQ on the brain again and it shows.
Friday Only: the Chipotle Pork BBQ Dog. Smoky chipotle pork sausage, topped with chipotle-spiked pimento cheese, caramelized onions, jalapeños, and Vaquero BBQ sauce. Yes, that's chipotle twice. We're extra like that.
The Mushroom Swiss Burger is still holding down October: quarter-pound patty, shiitakes, grilled onions, bacon, Swiss, and roasted garlic mayo on brioche.

Our new slasher mug reports for Mug Monday duty today. 🍺🩸
Same rules, spookier vessel: buy it once, bring it in on Mug Mondays for $5 fills on any pint pour, and any other day it’s just a buck over menu price to get your b**r in the big mug. Bar only, mug required, no tricks.

Meet Bob. 🌱
Bob is a burger with no beef in it and zero apologies about that. Housemade black bean, onion, and beet patty with chèvre, fresh jalapeños, cilantro, onions, and sambal mayo on a brioche bun.

New month on the schedule. New thoughts on the flat top.
October's feature, every Friday this month: the Mushroom Swiss Burger. A quarter-pound patty stacked with shiitake mushrooms, grilled onions, bacon, Swiss, and roasted garlic mayo on a toasted brioche bun. Fall food for people who don't do pumpkin spice.
This Friday only: the Jerk Chicken Dog, topped with roasted pineapple relish, mayo, and house-made mango habanero sauce. Sweet on the front end. Heat on the back.

Barbacoa, but make it a boudin.
Friday only: the Barbacoa Boudin, made just for us by our friends at The Chopping Block Webster — old-world butchers doing new-world damage. Inside the casing it's smoked beef cheeks, rice, roasted poblanos, onions, and cheddar. We top it with grilled onions, jalapeños, Cotija, red sauce, and cilantro.
If you think that sounds delicious, you're right.
Last call for the Chopped Cheese: this is the final Friday for September's sando. Sazon beef, poblanos, and onions off the flat top, cheddar and American melted in, on a buttered hoagie with the works.
Still enormous. Still selling out early.

Every Tuesday starting at 6pm, the Moontower Platter is 20% off and pitchers of Saint Arnold Fancy Lawnmower are $12. Dine-in only.
The platter, for the uninitiated: your pick of wild game dogs (2 for the small, 4 for the large), sliced and served with house chipotle pimento, pickled onions and jalapeños, Creole mustard, and Vaquero BBQ. Small feeds 1 to 3, large feeds 4 to 6, and either one feeds the crew.
Tuesdays at Moon Tower: bring people, save money.

To reach Canal Street in Houston, visitors can take the Green or Purple METRORail to the Main Street Square Station or Preston Station. From there, it's a short walk to Canal Street.
Drivers can take the I-10 East and exit onto McKee Street, which leads directly to Canal Street. There are several paid parking lots along Canal Street for those driving.
Once on Canal Street, visitors can find the hot dog restaurant and American restaurant by walking west towards Navigation Boulevard. The hot dog joint and pub is located further east towards Lockwood Drive.
