So, yesterday I completed block 3 of pastry school. After the class our instructor asked what we thought of the two days. …there was silence. Nobody said a word. 16 people and not a peep. And I’m standing there thinking: what the heck?! Look at all this amazingness we’ve created!!

So, to acknowledge our hard work and recognize our accomplishments I started giving ourselves a big round of applause. I mean, picture me clapping as loudly as possible, ecstatically clapping my little heart out.

With all the stares and laughs and wtf-faces I felt like a major goofball. But at least I was an extremely happy, gushing-with-enthusiasm goofball. Ain’t nothin wrong with that, right?! 🤓

To reach the bakery and cupcake shop, visitors can take the Metro rail to the Main Street Square station. They can then walk east on Rusk Street for about two blocks until they reach a busy intersection. The bakery is located on their right-hand side.

For those who prefer to drive, they can take I-45 South and exit at McKinney Street. They should turn left onto McKinney Street and then turn right onto Louisiana Street. After driving for about four blocks, they should turn left onto Rusk Street. The bakery is located on the right-hand side of the street.

There are several public parking lots located within a block of the bakery that can be used for parking.
