Today is bittersweet for me. It is National Nacho Day and, over the past three years, I would normally be in middle of serving some of the best nachos I have ever known made by some of the best people I have ever known. I have had a lot of time to reflect over the last two months and, what I miss the most are these people and the people we had the pleasure of serving; you all. You never expect that you will have to stop doing what you love, but the truth of the matter is, we didn’t stop; we just had to find a different avenue. I still am able to show people love through food, it just isn’t MY food. I am still a part of people’s everyday breaking of bread, just in a different location. Nachos were always the great unifier because food is the great unifier. So on National Nachos Day, I hope you are able to break bread with loved ones and you can always remember the good memories we shared together. I know I will always cherish them. - Chris Gonzalez
