🌟 Big Z’s Update 🌟Hey, everyone. While this update has been a long time coming, it comes with some bittersweet news. We were really excited about our new location for BIG Z’s Chicago Pizza, but after the original strip mall owner sold the property, the new owner decided to void our agreement. This has stalled our plans and brought on more challenges, including an unwillingness to negotiate and restrictions on liquor sales, which is a significant part of our business. As a result, our lease has been terminated, and BIG Z’s is currently without a home. In May, we made the tough decision to return to our day jobs to support our family, focusing on oil and gas for now. Please know that BIG Z’s is not an afterthought; it has been our dream for a long time, and it’s still very much on our minds—just on the back burner while we figure out our next steps.We are incredibly grateful for the support you’ve all shown over the years, especially in the past five months. Your calls and messages keep us motivated, reminding us that this isn’t a goodbye, just a “see y’all later” for now. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Hello everyone,
While it’s not the update I want to give at this point it’s all I have for now,
Construction on our new location is moving a lot slower than anticipated but IS in progress. I wish I had happier news but unfortunately I can only work with what I have right now.
We are anxiously awaiting to get into this spot, see the vision come to life and serve y’all great food.
When I have a more clear answer of when to expect Big Z’s location on Gaston to open I promise to get the word out (hoping for July🤞) We appreciate your continued support and patience through this process and hope to Feed y’all great Chicago food very soon! 🍕 🌭 🍻

To reach the location on S Mason Road in Katy by public transport, take the nearest bus or train to the station closest to Westheimer Parkway. Once at Westheimer Parkway, walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach a crossroad. Turn right and continue for about 5 minutes until you reach your destination.
For those driving, take I-10 W and exit at the Westgreen Blvd exit. Make a left onto S Mason Road, and drive straight for about 3 miles until you see your destination on the right-hand side of the street. There is parking available in front of the establishment.
