THE FRIED GREEN TOMATOES THAT START A CHAIN REACTION! 🍅

One table orders them…then another table spots them…and suddenly, half the restaurant is saying, “We’ll have what they’re having!” 😂🙌 Hey y’all, we’re only half kidding-they are contagious!

Folks tell us these are the best fried green tomatoes they’ve ever had which makes us so happy!

We coat them in our house dredge and fry them until they’re golden, crispy, and perfectly tangy. Then we pile on the buttermilk ranch, feta cheese, and our house-made pickled onions. Come try them for yourself! ♥️♥️♥️Breakfast & lunch: 7-3pm 302 N Danville Willis, Texas

Y’all, did you know some pretty incredible musical talent is coming out of Montgomery County?

And in just 11 DAYS, we’re bringing one of those amazing artists to the Live at Buttermilk stage!

Meet PAYTON RILEY! 🎤

This Montgomery, Texas, singer-songwriter has been making some serious waves in the music world, and she’s accomplished quite a bit along the way!

🏆 Two-time Texas Country Music Association Young Artist of the Year (2023 & 2024)

⭐ 2024 Josie Music Award Winner — recognized on the legendary Grand Ole Opry stage!

🎶 2025 Female Songwriter of the Year — Texas State Songwriters Association

🎤 American Idol Season 22 Contestant

🌎 International Performer — taking her music all the way to England and Ireland!

Buttermilk Cafe is a cafe with a cause! Our September mission of the month, Isaiah 117 House Montgomery-Walker TX, will receive $8,707 at a check presentation this Friday night at our first music event! As we've entered a brand-new month, we're so excited to share that our mission of the month for October is Pregnancy Assistance Center North! They make a big difference for families in our community, and we're excited to share about them with you!
