This authentic "churrascaria" offers an outstanding dining experience with more than 14 flavorful cuts of meat including lamb, pork, chicken, beef and shrimp on skewers carved tableside by gauchos.
But it's not just the meat that's impressive - the continuous service includes a trip to the fresh and bountiful salad bar followed by a basket of traditional, mouthwatering pão de queijo (cheese bread). Fried plantains, buttery garlic mashed potatoes and fried polenta are served family style. And let's not forget about the excellent, extensive wine list and authentic Brazilian cocktails that perfectly complement the unlimited fare.
The fine-dining surroundings at Chama Gaucha are reminiscent of the beautiful Pampas in Southern Brazil.
