Midday Prayer of Thankfulness
Heavenly Father,
As I pause in the middle of this day, I thank You for the gift of life, for the breath in my lungs, and for the blessings—both seen and unseen—that surround me.
Thank You for carrying me through this morning and for giving me strength for the hours ahead. Help me notice the goodness in this moment and not overlook the small blessings You place along my path.
I’m grateful for Your love, Your mercy, Your protection, and Your faithfulness. Where I have been anxious, give me peace. Where I have been weary, renew my strength. Where I have been distracted, turn my heart back toward You.
Guide my words, choices, and actions for the rest of this day. May I carry gratitude with me and be a source of kindness and encouragement to those I encounter.
Thank You for everything You have done, everything You are doing, and everything still to come.
