To reach Seawall Boulevard in Galveston, you can take the local bus, or you can drive and park in one of the nearby public parking lots. From downtown Galveston, take the Interstate 45 South towards Broadway Avenue J/K and then turn right onto Broadway Avenue J/K. Follow this road until you reach Seawall Boulevard, and then turn left. The Rum Shack Bar & Grill is located on your right-hand side.
