The pub's rich history and heritage have been impeccably preserved through the painstaking process of disassembling, shipping, and rebuilding the authentic pub from its original location in Midleton, Ireland to its current home in Texas. Managed by Brian Young and Colm O'Neill, The Goose's Acre offers an all-day happy hour and a traditional yet inventive bar and dining menu that includes the best drinks. Whether it's for drinks with friends or a cozy dinner for two, this pub's beautiful hardwood fixtures and original furnishings provide a truly irreplicable Irish Pub feel that is sure to make any guest feel right at home.

Check for your first name on our NAME NIGHT CALENDAR and come in on the Date it appears, with a valid ID or passport, to receive $.25 cent well drinks or 10 oz domestic drafts between 11AM and 10PM.

Your first name must be an exact match with your valid 21+ ID or Passport.

Only the named patrons are eligible for the discount in moderation on the day named, accompanying friends are not eligible for the discount.

Well drinks & domestic drafts are subject to availability on the day the name appears.

The Goose’s Acre reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

The Gooses Acre Irish Pub is located on Waterway Avenue in The Woodlands. If you are using public transport, you can take the bus or train to the nearest station and then walk for a few minutes to get to Waterway Avenue. If you prefer to drive, you can park your car in any of the parking lots nearby and then walk to the destination. From downtown Houston, take Woodlands Pkwy W to Lake Front Cir in Montgomery County. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Lake Front Cir. Turn left onto Waterway Ave and you will find the bar & grill and Irish restaurant/gastropub on your right-hand side.
