Walden proudly partnered with Childhelp Awareness for a Backpack & Toy Drive benefiting children in foster care.
Childhelp’s mission is to raise awareness and provide much-needed supplies, clothing, toys, and backpacks to children who have experienced abuse and neglect, a need that has become even greater in the years following the pandemic.
The event was a huge success, helping provide support, supplies, and smiles to 78 children in foster care.
The kids made us a thank you card!

Tonight we have a brand new musician at Walden!
Kyle Mathis has been entertaining crowds since the age of 7, launching his music career as part of a family band that opened for legends like Waylon Jennings and Conway Twitty. Over the years, he’s shared the stage with artists including Willie Nelson, George Jones, Blake Shelton, Gary P. Nunn, and many more.
With over 1,700 songs spanning Country, Rock, R&B, and Pop, Kyle delivers a full-band sound as a solo acoustic performer using state-of-the-art harmonizing and sound equipment. No matter the occasion, Kyle Mathis knows how to keep the music going and the crowd entertained.
