Shift Leaders Responsibilities
 Estimate food and beverage needs and requisitions or purchases supplies.
 Supervises inventories and estimates food and beverage costs.

 Inspects dining areas for cleanliness and safety regulations.
 Enforces all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
 Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints
 Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-
workers, etc.
 Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
 Verifies correct materials such as labels, and code dates are in place prior to start up.
 Responsible for inspecting finished product throughout the day to confirm compliance with
specifications.

• Food Handlers Certification – company will pay initial cost if needed (not required in Bartlesville,
Oklahoma)
