I have been wanting to do Beef ribs for a long time now and thanks to Smitty In Tomball found a think cut...Not a dino cut but way better than the ones you find in reg store..

Beef Ribs. I used a butter rosemary slather ( same way I do my prime ribs roast)
Ribeye for street tacos. For snacking
And a potato tart..kinda like deconstructing a baked potato..smoked
