Sabino’s was PACKED today! We were busy from beginning to end, and seeing so many familiar faces, new customers, families, and friends walk through our doors meant more to us than we can put into words.

We also want to sincerely thank everyone for their patience today. We know some of you waited longer than usual for your food, and we truly apologize for the wait. We are currently a little short-staffed, and our Sabino’s family has also been going through some unexpected circumstances. Sabino’s wife recently had an incident and, while she recovers, she will be away from the restaurant for a little while. ❤️‍🩹

If you know Sabino’s, you know this restaurant really is a family operation. When one person is missing, especially someone who is such a big part of our everyday routine, everyone feels it. Right now, we are all stepping in wherever we are needed — taking orders, cooking, cleaning tables, making tortillas, helping customers, and doing everything we can to keep things moving.

So when we look around and see a full restaurant during a time when our little Sabino’s family is working extra hard behind the scenes, all we can feel is gratitude.

Thank you to everyone who waited patiently today. Thank you to those who told us, “Don’t worry, take your time.” Thank you to our regulars who continue coming back, and to the new faces who decided to give our little restaurant a try. Thank you for recommending us, sharing our posts, bringing your families, and supporting a local family-owned business.

Your kindness and understanding mean more right now than you probably realize.

We are incredibly blessed to have a community that continues to show up for us, not only on the easy days, but on the days when we are doing our very best with the hands we have.

One of the things that makes Sabino’s so special is the love that goes into every meal.

If you’ve ever enjoyed our homemade tortillas, there’s a good chance they were made by Sarita Sara Alicia Vasquez Mireles❤️ She’s been part of the Sabino’s family for over 8 years and has been hand-making our tortillas with the same care and dedication since day one. As Sabino’s wife’s best friend, she’s truly family, and every tortilla is made the traditional way—with patience, experience, and a whole lot of heart.

And with this Texas heat, there’s no better way to cool off than with one of our delicious margaritas! 🍹 Whether you like them frozen or on the rocks, we have a variety of flavors and sizes to choose from, so there’s something for everyone.
