If you're taking public transportation, there are bus stops located nearby that can take you to the general area of the restaurants. For example, the Metro bus routes 8 and 68 stop at W Bellfort St & Fondren Rd or W Bellfort St & Roos Rd. From there, it's just a short walk to reach either of the restaurants.
If you're driving, both restaurants have parking available in their respective lots.
