They offer catering services for special events and have a mobile coffee and drinks cart for hire. Their signature dish is the Venezuelan Tamale, aka Hallacas. With extended hours from 8am to 1:30pm Monday thru Friday, Blended Bistro & Coffee Bar is the perfect spot for a quick bite or catering your next big event.

We have an ANNOUNCEMENT!!! Starting today Blended Bistro will no longer be open on weekdays because our Beautiful and Talented owner, Ari, is going to be working on taking her culinary degree and skills to the next level!! We are going to be open Fridays and Saturdays for private events, Farmers Markets etc… While we will miss seeing our Blended friends daily we ask that you still follow us on social media and come see us at our events on the weekends. We will keep you up to date on everything going on at this little adventure of ours!! We hope to see everyone soon!!

If using public transport, you can take the Greyhound bus lines to Conroe and then walk down N Frazier Street until you reach the food trucks parked along the side of the road. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or ride-sharing service to get dropped off at the same location.

If driving, you can take I-45 North and exit at Gladstell Street. Take a right onto Gladstell St and then another right onto N Frazier Street. Look for parking spots near the food trucks along this street. There is also a paid parking lot nearby if needed.
