Maintain the flow of the restaurant, by knowing the seating layout and server areas
Provide positive and professional first and last impressions on every guest
Interact courteously and respectfully with guests (answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, make reservations)
Be comfortable with being called on to help clear tables or deliver food
