We’re excited to introduce new dishes call “Dry noodle dish” ( Hu tieu Kho) Unlike typical noodle soups, the noodles are tossed in a savory sauce and served with various toppings, accompanied by a small bowl of flavorful broth on the side for sipping between bites.
The dish can feature a variety of noodles, including rice noodles (like those used in pho), thin egg noodles (mi).
