To get to South Post Oak Road in Houston via public transport, take the Metro Rail and get off at the "Fannin South" station. From there, transfer to bus number 60 and ride for approximately 20 minutes until you reach your destination.
If driving, take either the I-610 S or S Loop W freeway and exit onto West Bellfort Avenue. Continue driving west until you reach South Post Oak Road and turn left. There should be parking available nearby the restaurant.
