18 Years. That’s not just a number, it’s a lifetime of passion, plating, and pure hustle in Houston & Atlanta! 🎉
I have to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to every single person who has supported this dream, and of course my wife, who joined the business in Year 3 of the journey.
We’ve had some legendary moments: from the high-pressure excitement of catering the BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta in 2010, to the unforgettable time the grill flew off the back of the truck while rushing to a client! (Don't worry, we saved the day—and the picnic!). Through it all, we keep it rolling 🛞🛞
To our new clients who just found us and decided to take a chance, and to our incredible repeat clients who have trusted us with their biggest moments—thank you. Your support is the secret ingredient in everything we do.

This is what supporting Black-owned businesses and alumni excellence looks like! When we work together, we truly elevate the experience for everyone.

In families, and with your dearest friends, there's a sacred ritual that unfolds around the dessert table or the potluck spread. It's not just about enjoying the delicious food, but about the whispered (or sometimes loudly declared!) questions: 'Who made the potato salad?' or 'Who made the banana pudding??' 🍮🥔
These questions really get spicy when we're trying to figure out which batch it is—is it the one made by my brother, who claims his is unequivocally the 'best banana pudding in all the land,' or is it the surprisingly amazing one made by our quiet, unassuming neighbor, who we wouldn't have even imagined knew what a Nilla Wafer was? The plot thickens!
These aren't just questions about ingredients or recipes. They're an acknowledgment. A search for the hands that poured love, time, and tradition into every scoop. They're a silent 'thank you' for the effort, the care, and the memories stirred into each dish.
It's a beautiful reminder that food isn't just sustenance; it's a language of love, a connector of generations, and a vessel for shared stories. Every dish has a maker, and every maker leaves a piece of their heart on the plate.
So, next time you're gathered around a table, and that question arises, take a moment to appreciate the answer, and the person behind it. Because behind every beloved family dish is a story, a memory, and a whole lot of love.

A repeat client led me to an incredible opportunity! I had the immense pleasure of personally delivering a gourmet charcuterie board to none other than and , the brilliant hosts of Clay & Reecie Live in Houston: Beyond The Mic 2025!
Meeting them was truly a highlight! They were absolutely wonderful and so gracious, making the delivery an absolute joy. Beyond their warmth, I've long admired their show for sharing insightful views with the world in one of the most dynamic and engaging (and often hilarious) radio formats I've experienced in a long time! Their passion for meaningful conversation truly shines.
It's moments like these that make all the hard work worth it. Thank you, Clay & Reecie, for being so fantastic and for bringing such a unique voice to the airwaves! I'm so grateful for this amazing experience.

From perfecting classic Fish & Chips in London to chasing the perfect plate of pasta across Italy, from mastering Parisian techniques to savoring authentic Brazilian flavors in Rio de Janeiro, every experience has shaped me. I've been fortunate to learn from incredible local and celebrity chefs, made my share of mistakes (and learned from every single one!), and grown in ways I never imagined. 🍲✨
Starting a catering business was a leap of faith, built with more passion than money or experience. There were late nights, early mornings, and a whole lot of learning on the fly. But through it all, your incredible support, encouragement, and trust have been the fuel that kept it going. 🚀

Being a dad? Best. Feeling. Ever! 🙌🏾 Seriously, my heart is full watching these two little humans grow up. Can't wait to see what incredible, world-changing things they'll do! We kicked off Father's Day weekend right with the Houston Morehouse Alumni Association Father's Day Brunch – and true to form, we ate, ate, and ate some more! 😋 Let's just say our "eat-a-thon" skills are top-tier. That's just how we roll! Had to tuck it in for the red carpet pic 🤣
Shout out to all the amazing fathers and father figures out there pouring love into their children and raising them to be awesome humans! Look who just became a Morehouse Man! 🙌🏾. My heart is bursting with pride! 🎉 Today, my amazing godson, Taylor, graduated from the hallowed grounds of Morehouse College! This isn't just a graduation; it's a continuation of a powerful legacy, especially significant in these times. Witnessing Taylor walk across that stage, inspired by the Morehouse men who came before him, reinforces why we must fiercely champion education and invest in the invaluable HBCU experience. The future is bright!

Looking for a weeknight win?!?! There are those days when you really want a big basket of good old . The wing, leg, breast, and the thigh! But then, you realize you don't have time, you don't have enough cooking oil, and you may realize you need to cut a calorie or two 😂! Chicken is a perfect alternative, that gives you the feel of fried chicken, with a bit of guilt free satisfaction. You get the crispy texture of fried chicken, seasoned with a few Italian herbs, coated with a grated parmesan cheese and panko-battered crust, all nicely fries up in a pan of olive oil and butter....and you don't feel AS guilty. But next time, I'll make sure I have that fried chicken! Ijs!
