To get to Spencer Highway in South Houston, you can take the METRO bus routes 45 or 60 and get off at Spencer Hwy @ Luella Ave. If driving, you can take I-45 S to Gulf Fwy in Houston, exit onto Park Place Blvd, then turn left onto Spencer Hwy. There is street parking available on Spencer Hwy as well as a small parking lot nearby.
