Are you a passionate tea enthusiast who desires to create delightful boba beverages? We have an exciting opportunity for Baristas to join our Boba Tea team!
***Duties:
- Prepare and serve 100 boba tea beverages daily with speed, quality, and creativity.
- Operate and maintain boba machines, blenders, and other equipment.
- Memorize recipes for our diverse range of boba tea flavors and toppings.
- Ensure consistent taste and texture of boba pearls.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations.
***Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with different types of boba tea and its preparation methods.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
-Yearly salary: $25,750.00
***Hours: Full-time (40 hours/ week)
