Texas Sno - Snoballs is a popular shaved ice shop and food truck, serving delicious and authentic New Orleans style snoballs in Katy, TX. Originally founded by Nan and Charles Scott during the drought of 2011 to help cool off the community, Texas Sno has since been taken over by new owner Heather Cook and then sold to Travis Debenport, his wife Kelsie Dartayet, and his parents Giles and Kirsten Debenport in October 2019. The staff have remained loyal throughout the changes, continuing to serve up refreshing treats with big smiles.

- Take the bus to the closest stop near Westheimer Parkway and South Peek Road.
- Walk east along Westheimer Parkway until you reach the destination on your right.
Driving/Parking:
- From I-10 W, take exit 745 toward Westgreen Boulevard.
- Turn right onto Westgreen Boulevard, then turn left onto FM 1093 W/Westheimer Parkway.
- Continue straight for about 5 miles until you see the destination on your right.
- Parking is available on site.

Texas Sno - Snoballs is a shaved ice shop and food truck that serves delicious and authentic New Orleans style snoballs in Katy, TX. The idea for Texas Sno was born during the worst heatwave and drought that Texas has seen in the last 100 years. The original owners, Nan and Charles Scott, were determined to do their part to cool Katy off. In January 2017, Heather Cook became the new owner of Texas Sno with the objective of serving the Katy community New Orleans style snoballs. Most of the staff, including the former owner, came back to work with big smiles.
Many New Orleans businesses consulted Texas Sno, including the owner of Rainbow Delites and Bayou Brothers Seafood. Texas Sno reopened on March 1st and became a big success. Within two weeks, Texas Sno opened their 2nd location lovingly called "Little Yellow". In October 2019, Heather Cook sold Texas Sno to Travis Debenport, his wife Kelsie Dartayet, and his parents Giles and Kristen Debenport.
Travis Debenport is a Custom Car/Hot Rod Enthusiast who grew up in Katy and graduated from Katy High School. His wife Kelsie Dartayet is a first-grade teacher who also grew up in Katy and graduated from Cinco Ranch High School. Kelsie has a passion for teaching which she brings to her students.
