Jackson Ingram, a junior from Foster High School-Richmond, Texas, has been selected to join the prestigious National Youth Orchestra (NYO USA / NYO2) and he will perform at Carnegie Hall. This summer, Jackson will partake in a multi-week training residency and will be mentored by distinguished conductors and performers. He will then embark on a journey to some of the world’s greatest music capitals, including venues in South America with fellow members.

Watching one of our very own local band students become a national orchestra member is a testament to the transformative power of music education and the boundless opportunities available to young musicians.
