So it's official. The Meat Wagon will close it's service window on January 4. I am ready to pursue my retirement dream, which was not running a food truck on my own.
For my Backwoods Saloon peeps, I will be involved in the transition to the new food truck that will be there. While you probably will not be able to get a Reuben, you should be able to get wings and hamburgers, chicken strips and fish tacos.
And yes, you will still find me at Backwoods on a regular basis, just not in the food truck.

Meat Wagon will not be open with their regular menu on New Year's Eve, but do not be dismayed. Billy and Cyndi will be on hand from 7 to 9 offering a New Year's Eve dinner with 2 options. There will be limited plates available, so pre-ordering your plates is recommended. You can pre-order directly with Billy or Cyndi at Meat Wagon or you can text your order to 936-232-8616.

Meat Wagon at Backwoods Saloon will be open Friday through Sunday. We will have our All-you-can-Eat Catfish tonight.
Backwoods will be open with their marvelous bartenders.

Friday 5 to dark.
Saturday 5 to 11, if power comes on. We'll close at dark if still on generator.

To get to Lexington Court in Conroe, you can take the bus or train and alight at the nearest station. From there, walk towards Lexington Court, which is only a short distance away. Alternatively, if you are driving, you can park your car at the designated parking area near Lexington Court. Once you arrive at Lexington Court, look out for the snack van and caterer and food truck located within that area.
