For the fast food restaurant, take the bus/train to the stop closest to Main Street downtown Houston. Once there, head North on Main Street for two blocks and then turn right on Texas Ave. The restaurant will be on your left.
For the breakfast & brunch restaurant, drive to Downtown Houston and find parking near the intersection of Louisiana St and Texas Ave. The restaurant is located at one of the corners. Alternatively, take a bus/train to Central Station and walk East on Rusk St until you reach Travis St. Turn left onto Travis St and walk three blocks North before turning right onto Texas Ave. The restaurant will be on your right after a block or so.
